Q: Is information transmission secure?
A: It's very secure. We use 128-bit encryption technology. It would
take trillions of years to break bit(binary digits, aka 0 or 1)
strings that long.
Q: The yellow lock doesn't show up when I try to access a secure page?
A: You probably don't have Transport Layer Security(TLS) enabled. In
Internet explorer proceed to the "Tools" menu and click on "Internet
Options". Proceed to the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to the
bottom of the list. Make sure that "Use TLS 1.0" is checked along
with SSL 2.0, and SSL 3.0.
