Refunds
A refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase. Some items are excluded including software,
dvds, slot machines, card shufflers and any item valued at over $500 but may be exchanged if a mechanical defect
is present. Shipping fees are never refundable. If you return an item that received free shipping you become
liable for the full value of the shipping fee. If the shipping fee exceeds the purchase amount then the
balance of the shipping fee must be paid before a refund can be authorized.
Cancellations
A cancellation may be requested before your purchase has been shipped. Follow the contact link at the
bottom of this form and send us a message to request a cancellation. If an item has shipped then
normal refund policies apply.
Shipping

you are responsible for apprising yourself of this information. Attempting to purchase a restricted

or the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan(Must be filed at the U.S. Courthouse in Kalamazoo, MI).
Severability
The failure of Ultimatevegasdeals.com to enforce any provision of the terms of service
shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of law or
finding of law by a court of competent jurisdiction prevents
enforcement of any part of these terms then all other terms remain in full effect.
